Sunderland AFC midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini has completed a permanent transfer to Italian side SSC Napoli for an undisclosed fee.
The 31-year-old joined Sunderland from Juventus in 2013 and has since made 43 appearances, scoring five goals, for the Black Cats.
