George Honeyman

George is very highly rated and has been with the Academy since the under-11s.

An attacking player who can be deployed anywhere across midfield, he comes from Prudhoe in Northumberland.

George broke into the under-18s towards the end of the 2010-11 season, ending the campaign with a total of eight appearances.

He played 21 games at youth level in 2011-12, scoring once, and also made an impressive start to life in the development squad, appearing five times.

George is in the second year of his scholarship with the club.
