Customer Advisor (Retail and Ticketing)

 

Sunderland AFC are looking for Customer Advisors (Retail and Ticketing) to support the department management team, motivating and leading the team to deliver KPI targets, striving for excellence in all areas of performance and creating a premium customer experience. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Services the successful candidates will have responsibility for:

 

Sales

  • Maximise sales and achieve agreed sales targets in both the retail and ticketing environment 
  • Assist in selling and administration of match day tickets for home and away matches, including car parking as required
  • Assist in selling and administration of season cards as required
  • Deliver strong customer conversion performance in line with KPI targets
  • Consider costs, profit and the business environment in all activities and decisions.

 

Service

  • To provide customers with the highest level of customer service
  • Communicate with customers, in person or by telephone, to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and assist them in fulfilling those requirements 
  • Effective data capture performance to assist future direct marketing
  • To take responsibility for your own actions whilst striving for high performance
  • Understand, challenge and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers, working with customers in a way that is appropriate to them

 

Standards 

  • Delivery of excellent shop floor standards that contribute to the delivery of KPI targets.

     

  • Ensure sales areas are stocked and replenished to the required levels
  • Monitor and update sales display areas as instructed/required
  •  

  • To follow all company procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Overall cleanliness, both in-store and the surrounding outside areas.

 

 

The employee is required all home matches, special events and as and when required, Monday to Sunday, according to the operational requirements of the department or demands of the business. In addition, the employee may be required to work weekends and evenings according to the operational requirements of the department or demands of the business.
