We often get asked lots of questions relating to the shows and ticket sales. We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process.

What is the date of the concert? 

Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June 2023

Where can I buy tickets? 

General admission tickets available from TicketmasterAXSGiganticAlt-Tickets and Tickets Scotland.

Tickets are priced from £45 to £150. They will go on sale at 10am on Friday 14th October, 10am

Can I buy a hospitality package for the concert? 

Yes, these are available – www.safc.com/concerts/pink. You can also call our hospitality team on 0371 911 1555, option 3 or email pink@safc.com to find out more information. Hospitality packages start from £199 (plus VAT)

I am a wheelchair user or need ease of access seating and would like to attend. Will there be a designated area for me at the concert? 

Yes, there will be a designated wheelchair user area and some ease of access seating available. Please Email pink@safc.com with your ticket requirements and contact telephone details. You will then be contacted by telephone to confirm your booking and take payment.

My circumstances have changed since I purchased my ticket and I am now a wheelchair user. What should I do? 

Please contact the SAFC Ticket Office via pink@safc.com 

How many tickets can I buy? 

 General sales tickets are limited to six per person. 

Is there a booking fee? 

Tickets are sold subject to booking fee which will vary by ticket agent. 

Are there any age restrictions? 

The minimum age you can enter the Stadium without an adult is 16 years. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18 years old. Any child attending the concert without an accompanying adult will be refused entry. No under 14s are allowed on the pitch 

Where can I find the promoters terms and conditions?


What time do doors open? 

Doors to the Stadium will open at approx. 4pm (subject to change)

What time will P!nk be on stage? 

This is to be confirmed. Keep an eye on the website for more information.

Are cameras allowed? 

No professional cameras or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium.

I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do? 

Please refer to your ticket terms and conditions.

When will we receive our tickets? 

This will be nearer the show date and will be advised.

I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance, we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as we have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorised sites. 

I live outside of the UK; will you mail my tickets to me? 

Please refer to your point of purchase.

Can I purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert? 

Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18, however you will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age.

What form of payment are accepted? 

Card only. The Stadium of Light is a cashless venue.

Can I purchase official merchandise at the concert? 

Yes, you will be able to purchase official merchandise on the day of the concert. 

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the stadium? 

No. If any customers suffer from a condition that requires specific dietary requirements, please contact pink@safc.com prior to arrival to obtain permission to bring those products in, otherwise they will be confiscated on entry. Searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food or drinks before entering. 

Is the stadium a non-smoking venue? 

The Stadium of Light is a no smoking venue; however external courtyards will be open spaces as needed.

I have an illness; will there be facilities to keep my medicine?

No, this would need to be kept on your person at all times. 

Where are the first aid areas? 

There are first aid areas in each of the stands and there will be visible first aid provision on the pitch. 

How will I get up-to-date information in the days leading up to the concert? 

SAFC will have a page on their website dedicated to the P!nk concert. Please also contact the promoter direct and the agent you purchased your ticket from for further information. 

Where will the stage be within the stadium? 

Please refer to the map on your ticket agent’s website. The main stage will be at the south end of the stadium. 

Can I bring posters/banners to the concert? 

Flag poles or sticks for banners are prohibited. Whilst banners of a certain size themselves are not prohibited, please always be aware of other customers as potentially you may be blocking their view.

Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the stadium for the public? 

There will be no parking at the stadium. The stadium area will be closed to traffic from 7am on the day of the concert. 

Where can I get information on public transport to the venue? 

Closer to the event information on how to get to the ground can be found on the concert section of the SAFC website. www.safc.com/concets 

Will there be a guide to assist in finding the stadium, the correct entrance and how to find my seat/area? 

Yes, this will be available nearer the time via the SAFC website.  There will also be maps and signage positioned all around the stadium village site. Concert ‘meet and great’ teams will be located around the site to assist you with finding your correct entry point/seat. 

Is there nearby accommodation?
