Ed Sheeran: Ticket and entry info

Elite live music returns to the Stadium of Light after a three-year absence this weekend, as Ed Sheeran visits Sunderland as part of his Mathematics Tour on Friday 3-Saturday 4 June.

Below is all you need to know regarding your tickets, entry to the SoL on the day, and baggage and cash payment information.

Entry

There are several different entry points to the stadium. Your ticket will have a colour-coded entry point on it which corresponds with your designated entry gate. Please click here and scroll to refer to our 3D map for more information.

Early arrival is advised as extensive queues are expected. Please download all tickets BEFORE travelling to the SoL as this will ensure the most efficient possible management of crowds.

Food & Drink

There will be an extensive range of food and drink available to purchase, both in the courtyard and stadium itself. Concert-goers are not permitted to bring their own food and drink into the stadium.

Challenge 25 protocols will be in operation. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18 in order to purchase alcohol.

Restricted Bag Policy

All ticket holders will be prohibited from bringing any bag into the stadium in excess of A4 size. Any bags not adhering to these restrictions will be refused entry. All items and bags carried by attendees will be inspected upon entry.
