Supporters are advised that National Rail strikes this Saturday are limiting Tyne & Wear Metro travel.
On Saturday 1 October, the day of Sunderland’s fixture with Preston North End at the Stadium of Light, there will be no services between Pelaw and South Hylton. This will also apply the following Saturday, 8 October, when the Lads are away to Swansea City.
Customers travelling in this area on that date will need to find alternative modes of travel. Please visit the Nexus website for details on bus routes.
