Sunderland’s pre-season arrangements have been bolstered with a visit to Harrogate Town on Saturday 24 July at 3pm.
The summer contest will take place at the EnviroVent Stadium as Lee Johnson’s squad continue their preparations for 2020-21, coming up against Simon Weaver’s Sky Bet League Two outfit.
The match becomes the third to be so far confirmed throughout July in the first team’s pre-season schedule, adding to visits to Spennymoor Town and York City.
