Sunderland AFC will travel to Tranmere Rovers as part of their pre-season preparations for the 2021-22 campaign.
The Lads will face Micky Mellon’s side at Prenton Park on Tuesday 27 July (KO 7pm), travelling to Merseyside to take on their 2021 Papa John’s Trophy Final opponents.
