New users

To purchase a streaming pass, you need to create an account by clicking here and selecting the pass you wish to buy.

Once purchased, return to this page and click the white play button at the top.

Existing users

Click the white play button at the top of the SAFC Live video page and enter your email address and password and log-in.

You will then be able to select the pass you wish to purchase, complete the payment and launch the player by clicking the white play button again.

If the above instruction does not work for you simply click here to log in, come back to this page and click here to purchase your pass.

After completing the purchase come back to this page and launch the video player at the top of this page to view the live stream.

If a fixture is selected for television broadcast, the SAFC Live stream is restricted and only accessible in certain countries that aren't broadcasting the fixture.

You can find out which broadcaster is showing upcoming fixtures selected for television broadcast in your country by clicking here to go to the EFL's website where you can select 'Sunderland', 'Sky Bet Championship, and your country from the 'Teams', 'Competitions', and 'Your Location' drop-down lists.

Watching in the UK

Supporters are unable to watch Saturday matches at 3pm via the SAFC Live stream.

Any Sky Sports exclusive Championship selections, Carabao Cup fixtures, FA Cup fixtures and Sky Bet Championship play off matches are excluded from the SAFC Live stream.

Non-televised midweek fixtures are available to watch via the SAFC Live stream.

International supporters

Supporters living outside of the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Russia can access the SAFC Live stream for eligible fixtures.

Any fixtures selected for television or international broadcast as well as Carabao Cup fixtures, FA Cup fixtures and Sky Bet Championship play off matches are excluded from the SAFC Live stream for international supporters.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure that your web browser cookies are set to 'allowed' in your privacy and security settings. If you fail to do this, it may mean that you are unable to log-in and access the stream.

Safari Users – Versions of Safari from 13.1 onwards have cross-domain tracking disabled – this must be enabled for the login system to work. If this is not enabled, you may get stuck in a login loop.

Due to EFL regulations, the live stream can only be viewed on desktop, laptop and the official mobile apps.
