Tickets for Sunderland AFC’s Sky Bet League One Play-Off semi-final second leg against Lincoln City will be on sale from 10am on Wednesday 12 May.
Earlier today, the club received the relevant approval from the EFL and the local Safety Advisory Group to confirm that the fixture will mark the long-awaited return of supporters to the Stadium of Light.
In line with Government and EFL regulations, a reduced capacity of up to 10,000 spectators will be permitted to attend.
Following recommendations from the fans’ working group, tickets will be priced at £20 for Adults and £10 for Under-16s and Over-65s and be sold in phases subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
To ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of supporters and staff alike, tickets will be available to purchase via club’s online ticket office only.
Tickets will NOT be on sale via telephone or in-person at the Stadium of Light ticket office, which remains closed to the public.
2020-21 season card holders will be able to secure their seat from 10am on Wednesday 12 May and subject to availability, this purchase window will be open until 4pm on Thursday 13 May.
Subject to availability, 2021-22 season card holders will be able to purchase a ticket from 10am ‘til 4pm on Friday 14 May.
All at Sunderland AFC would like to thank supporters for their patience throughout the past 48 hours.
Tickets will be sold in pods and all pods will be socially distanced. You can build your pod by linking account numbers within your e-ticketing network to your account.
If you are purchasing multiple tickets, then only pods matching that number will be displayed during the purchase process.
Due to the social distancing measures in place, supporters are unlikely to be housed in the seat they selected when purchasing a 2020-21 or 2021-22 season card.
Please ensure you have ALL individual customer numbers at the time of booking, as you will not be able to purchase a ticket without the corresponding customer number.
Tickets purchased in phase one will be sent to supporters digitally on Friday 14 May and any tickets purchased in phase two will be distributed digitally on Monday 17 May.
Further information regarding safety and operational measures in place for supporters attending the fixture will be released shortly.
