Leon Dajaku arrived at Sunderland in August 2021, on a season-long loan from Union Berlin.
A dynamic young forward who can play both out wide and through the middle, Dajaku moved to Wearside having joined Union from FC Bayern, where he made two senior appearances in the Bundesliga.
Much of Dajaku's time with the German champions was spent in their 'II' side, competing in the 3. Liga - Germany's third tier.
Born in Germany to Kosovan-Albanian parents, Dajaku has featured for the German youth international sides up to Under-19 level.
