Key information: 22-23 Sponsorship

Sponsors will be required to be at the Stadium of Light four hours prior to kick-off to incorporate the tour and photograph, if you do not require these let us know and then arrival will be three hours prior to kick-off and drinks reception will be served at your table.

Full itinerary and food menu will be emailed to you leading up to the game usually two weeks prior to the fixture taking place. Food choices for Sponsors and their guests can be made on the day you do not need to order in advance. Payment for your sponsorship will be required no later than 4 weeks prior to the fixture to enable us to process your tickets. We will email you the invoice which shows our bank details for you to make the payment. Please note if booking less than four weeks until the fixture then payment will be required on booking.

For Match and Co Match sponsorship, if your nominated mascot is not part of your match sponsor table, an additional two general admission tickets will be provided for the mascot and their adult supervision. We will supply you with a voucher to purchase a kit from the club store. Kit will include shirt, shorts, and socks. This cannot be named, the back must remain blank. Football boots are not provided as part of the package and the child must bring their own.

If your package includes a Programme Advert, you will need to supply artwork at least seven days prior to the fixture. We will supply you with the specific cation. Artwork should be sent to jennifer.smith@safc.com.
